- Assisted Living: A residential option that provides personal care support services such as meals, medication management, bathing, dressing, and transportation.
- Independent Living: A residential living option for seniors who require minimal or no assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
- Family Care: For patients who no longer need the specialized services of a hospital but still require some treatment, supervision, or care. Family care is given in private homes or housing facilities.
- Nursing Home: A type of residential care that provides a high level of long-term medical care to individuals with serious, ongoing health issues or disabilities.
- In-Home Care: Care services provided in a person’s own home to assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, bathing, and medication management.
- Memory Care: A specialized form of long-term skilled nursing that caters to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other types of memory problems.
- Dementia Care: Specialized care for individuals with memory impairments, typically offered in a secure area of a residential facility.
